  I have wanted to join a gym for a while, but found myself intimidated by my lack of experience and knowledge of nutrition and fitness. I was instantly relieved when I decided to join Empyrea Group Training. It has easily been one of the best decisions I have ever made in relation to my health.
  
  Carl and Justin are both so welcoming and understanding. They really work with you to help make your fitness goals achievable. Every workout is designed to be different, and they are equally as gratifying as they are challenging.
  
  If you are looking to improve your physique, stamina, endurance, or just looking to be more active - I honestly cannot think of a more suitable place than Empyrea Group Training!

  Been going to Empyrea for about 2 months now and it's consistently a solid workout! Carl really puts you to work, while stressing proper form, safety, and nutrition. He keeps you engaged by changing up the workouts and targeting different muscle groups. The smaller, tight-knit groups, which I prefer, allows for more personal attention and ensures you are doing the exercises correctly and getting all of your reps in. Class is also fun and everyone is very welcoming to newcomers.
